Antmerchant does not guarantee ant queen fertility.

Antmerchant always uses PostNL for domestic - and UPS express for international shipments. These shipping methods are 24-48h shipping. Due to this Antmerchant can not guarantee live arrival after the 7th day in transit and a refund or replacement colony can not be provided.

If a colony has an infertile queen or died in transit, please reach out to us.

Refunds are only applicable if a replacement colony is unavailable or the order has not been shipped yet. If the order is shipped, the shipping costs are not refundable.

Limitations

Antmerchant or its suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the queen’s/colonies on the Antmerchant website, even if Antmerchant or an authorized representative of this website has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
